The upholstered Charles Eames Style Rocking Chair replica is based on the design of Eames DAW Dining Chair originated in the 1950s. It was designed by the husband and wife team of Ray and Charles Eames. Considered to be some of America’s most influential designers, their range of moulded chairs have become design icons.

The organically shaped fibreglass and reinforced plastic seat shells were later combined with various different bases, such as RAR’s rockers. This Eames Inspired RAR armchair reproduction consists of a moulded polypropylene shell resting on four legged stainless steel wire base legs which are held by two wooden rockers.
