Part of Eero Saarinen’s Tulip range, the Tulip Table is an elegant addition to any room. This 1956 design features the same delicate trumpet base as the chairs and follows Saarinen’s principle of simple form and function. The slender profile of the table is the result of the new materials and technological advances during the middle of the last century. To create his iconic pieces, Saarinen took advantage of developments in manufacturing processes, which allowed the production of new shapes and forms. The new fabrics, resins and fibreglass allowed for faster and more effective production and better results. The STOCKROOM Tulip Table reproduction is handcrafted from high-quality wood.
