In the 1960s, Warren Platner transformed steel wire into a timeless sculptural furniture collection, and created on the the most iconic designs of the modern era. The unique, harmonious shapes are produced by welding steel wire rods to circular frames. This produces a moire effect, which captures the gentle, graceful quality that Platner sought to achieve. All of the metal components are finished in bright nickel finish with a clear lacquer protective coating. This collection also includes a side chair, low stool, plus dining side and coffee tables.

Inspired by Warren Platner, Stockroom reproduce the tasteful arm chair features vertical steel wire rods welded to circular horizontal and edge-framing rods. The seat is a molded fiberglass shell molded foam cushion, covered by a soft fabric blended fabric.
