What happens after I place my order online?

 

After your order is placed online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If any of your items are out of stock or we are unable to process payment, we will contact you within 2 business days of receiving your order. After your order is processed, we will notify you by email and/or SMS when your order has reached our warehouse for picking or delivery. We will also contact you by email, SMS, or phone when your order is shipped with the relevant tracking information. Please note that our pick-up and delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday. No pick-up and delivery is scheduled on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.

 

What is the Up-graded Service?

 

Our Up-graded Service is a premium delivery option and is available on all orders. When selected, we will provide a special delivery team that will carefully unpack your merchandise, set up, and assembly. Without this service, your order will be delivered to the entrance of your home by our delivery team. (This service does not include disposal of  your old furniture)

 

Up-grade services include unwrapping and assembly of goods purchased. The Stockroom Delivery Team is instructed to dispose of packing materials on behalf of the customer. If you wish to keep the original packing, please discuss it with our delivery team before they leave. Unwrapping and assembly will only be carried out at the time of delivery. Subsequent assembly service is available on appointment and includes additional charges.

 

 

Assembly Service

 

STOCKROOM product does not come pre-assembled. Some of our products may be delivered in several components to protect the item or to allow transportation during delivery. Most items only require very simple assembly. Within our standard rates, unpack and installation is not included, in case you require to unpack and install your purchase (except lamps), we can offer the Up-Graded service.

 

Up-grade services include unwrapping and assembly of goods purchased. The Stockroom Delivery Team is instructed to dispose of packing materials on behalf of the customer. If you wish to keep the original packing, please discuss it with our delivery team before they leave. Unwrapping and assembly will only be carried out at the time of delivery. Subsequent assembly service is available on appointment and includes additional charges.

 

Some of the furniture packed with wooden frames or wooden boxes, please select when you place the order. If you cannot select this service when you check out, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to discuss. 

 

Ordering & paying online

 

Our customers have the choice of ordering online or settle the payment at Stockroom's showroom to ensure all individual expectations are met. We accept PayPal as well as bank transfers or cheques. Delivery prices for HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories

 

 

We believe we should not make money on the delivery of our products, we deliver all our goods at cost to your door. We deliver your order for a fixed price of HKD 300 per order (Under 10 items per order)  to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, and HKD 500 per order to New Territories.

 

For our customers on South Lantau Island and Discovery Bay, we will need to quote a special delivery rate. This rate depends on your exact location and the volume of your shipment. Please contact our Customer Service for details.

 

For smaller items, we have the option to pick-up at our showroom to avoid the HKD 300 delivery charge.  

 

 If you have any questions regarding our delivery fees contact us at [email protected]. If your items do not fit into your lift, you will be responsible for paying our walk-up charge. For customers with small lifts please let us know so we may accommodate your order.

 

All delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances. Extra delivery fees can be paid online in most cases or can be paid separately upon delivery of the purchased products. In case the item does not fit inside your lift, or you live in a walk-up building, our delivery company will deliver it to you outside of the front door.

If your items do not fit into your stair or doorway, our delivery company will deliver to you outside of the front door. Please note that the choice of up-graded delivery service and walkup service cannot be refund.

 

Note: This charge is only valid if there is free access, in case the access is too narrow and too complicated, it will cause risk of damaging your furniture, in that case our delivery team cannot support your delivery and will deliver to you outside of the front door. Please note that the choice of up-graded delivery service and walkup service is non-refundable.  Please discuss details with our Customer Service before placing your order.

Please also note that our pick-up and delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday. No pick-up and delivery is scheduled on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

 

 

Furniture Removal Service

 

STOCKROOM offers flat-rate furniture removal services. Our delivery team will take your old furniture off-site to a refuse center. All furniture removal services are non-refundable. Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to delivery of your new furniture to arrange for furniture removal service.

 

Stockroom Furniture provides a disposal service with the purchase of products. The service is only applicable to one pick-up and delivery under the same address on the same day at the same time.

The type of furniture items to be disposed of should be the same as that of the furniture delivered/purchased.

Disposal service is not applicable to addresses that require transport through balconies, windows, address 10 floors or above, or that need to be reached by boathouse or yacht.

 

This service is subject to our discretion and schedule. Stockroom Furniture accepts no liability for the furniture once it has been disposed. Please noted that the removal service fee is non-refundable.

 

 

Damaged Goods / Quality problem

 

STOCKROOM is performing Quality Control checks at different stages during the production process. Unfortunately, there is always a risk of small damage during final transportation/delivery. Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery and contact us via [email protected] with good quality photos if there is any damage on the product before the courier leaves.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

Hassle-Free Returns Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with your Stockroom.com.hk purchase, you can return your undamaged item(s) within 3 days of purchase for a refund. You must return the goods to us with its original packaging, unused and, undamaged including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. STOCKROOM will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 3 days of purchase if the above mentioned are satisfied. 

 

We do not carry any warranty or guarantee on any of its products after the 3 days for return and exchange period whether the fault of the customer or the manufacturer. 

 

"SALE ITEMS" are sold as it is and are final sale (including any items using coupon codes). All custom-made products and furniture are final sale.

 

All returns are subject to restocking fees. 

 

All STOCKROOM purchases must be returned with its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened STOCKROOM purchase (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit). 

 

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note if items are delivered to your door and you inspect items and would like our delivery crew to return your items to our warehouse, the return fee will be the same as the delivery fee, please note that we do deduct a collection fee from the total refund sum.

 

The choice of Up-graded Delivery Service and walkup services cannot be refunded.

 

We reserve the right to deduct 30% restocking fee if goods are not received in a reasonable condition or with their original packaging. We have previously had occasions where customers deliver the items back to us without packaging these are then damaged in transit and unless. 

 

We are NOT responsible for 2nd party inspection and/or receiving of goods. Items either signed for, accepted, lost, stolen or damaged due to 2nd party receiving and/or inspection will not be reimbursed or replaced under any circumstances what so ever whether the fault of the 2nd party STOCKROOM.

 

Items inspected and/or picked up from the STOCKROOM’s Showroom, all custom-made products, and furniture, or any items installed by yourself or a 2nd party are FINAL SALE.

 

We will not accept any returns (including damaged items) on self-assembly items which have been assembled - please fully check your item prior to assembly.

 

 

We will not accept any returns have been assembled - please fully check your item prior to assembly by the delivery team if upgrade service is purchased.

 

All delivery and shipment fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Returns will be issued in the form of a bank wire transfer or PayPal payment and take approximately 30 business days to become credited back to your account.
